Making a presentation with Proclaim is simple.
When you open Proclaim, you can choose from one of four main templates—or from any of the built-out templates below. There are at least eleven free templates in total, all featuring stunning backgrounds. It’s easy to add new songs, Bible slides, or other media—just click the “ADD ITEM” button once the presentation is open. Copying or deleting media items is easy too—just right-click the item in question. Here’s what some of the free Proclaim media (valued over $100) looks like.

When you open a blank presentation, you’ll see that Proclaim divides the service into four distinct areas.
- Pre-Service Loop (loops until the Warm-Up section plays)
- Warm-Up (plays straight through to land on the first slide of the service)
- Service (the main section of the presentation)
- Post-Service Loop (loops continuously until the presentation ends)
You add items to a presentation with ADD ITEM or with shortcuts for each item type. Once you’ve picked out your items, drag and drop them in the correct order under “Order of Service,” then edit each slide with the appropriate text and background.

Is there a way to put a timer on a slide? I want to play timed videos during the pre-service (I-worship) but the videos loop on themselves during the pre service loop…
There sure is Joel. In the “Pre-Service Loop” the time of a video service item is automatically set to the length of the video. When you have other slides in the “Pre-Service Loop”, the video will play all the way through and then go to the next slide. All the items in the pre-service loop will play continuously until the items in the “Warm Up” section play straight through and the presentation will land on the first slide in your “Service” section at the time designated for the service to start. I just ran a test to make sure videos in the “Pre-Service Loop” section will play through and auto-advance to the next slide, and this is exactly what happens. If you have additional questions, let us know.
Matt,
Not wanting to be a pain…but my experience is that videos placed in pre service loop will finish playing and then replay for a brief time… Then go on to next slide, thus my question. Am I doing something wrong or missing something? I don’t have proclaim up and running where I am, but will check again later in the day. Thanks, joel
No problem at all Joel. I want to make this work right for you. I really need to get your log files and for you to post them on our forum where our developers can take a look at your presentation. I’m very familiar with Integrity’s iWorship videos and would also like to know which video you used and off of which disc.
You can post your log files to this forum here when you select “Write A New Post” at the top.
If you need to know how to grab your log files here are some short directions.
I’ll look out for your post there and get you an answer.
~Matt
Sorry, being so new to proclaim I didn’t try a different I worship video… It worked perfectly using a different video. Just as a FYI the Song thatbi used was “Give Thanks”. It would loop for about 10 seconds and then switch. Thank you so muc!
Glad it woks Joel. I’ll look into that video.
we have a pair of 64 inch flat screen tv's and a 8×10 projector screen. how would proclaim work with three screens?
