To access your Proclaim presentations, your team members will need to be approved by the group administrator. This is to make sure that only people on your team can make changes to your presentations. If you started your Proclaim group or bought the Proclaim On Air license, you are the group administrator. The management of your Proclaim team happens on Logos’ social network, Faithlife. Use your Proclaim (or Logos) account details to log in to Faithlife.com, and visit the group page to see all the groups you’re part of. Select your Proclaim group to visit the group page, where you can both invite members and approve members that have requested to join your group through the “Pending invites” link.
You can invite your worship team or pastoral staff to join your Proclaim group from this Faithlife page under the “Invite members” option. You should use the “Email” method if your team members are not yet using Faithlife. Once they’re in the group, they’ll download Proclaim, select “Join A Group” in the app, and find your group name to gain access to your presentations. Each member of your team will have their own login to your Proclaim group, which will work in the app and at Faithlife.com.
From your group page on Faithlife, you can also navigate to the “Faithlife” tab to invite those members of your team who are already using Faithlife.com to join your Proclaim group.
Not only does Faithlife.com provide a place for you to manage your Proclaim group membership—it gives you a place to have a dialogue about the Sunday-morning service. You can also upload chord charts, lead sheets, or other documents that are helpful to the group. Use this group page as a place of planning and preparation to supplement your presentation in Proclaim.
Get more information about Faithlife on the Faithlife blog, and download the Faithlife Bible app from your app store, where you can also access your Proclaim group.
